Clams & Spanish Chorizo
« on: November 30, 2013, 05:41:05 pm »
I got one of Guy Fieri's cookbooks for a birthday gift a couple years ago.  I tried one of the recipes tonight from this book, Chorizo Clams.  Three words:    OMG!!!!!!!

We served it with toasted sourdough bread.

Washed it down with ice cold beer.
AMAZING!

Wow! That looks fantastic.
I'm just a social smoker, I can quit any time I want.

Damm, if that tastes as good as it looks, that's a winner!
