I am going to smoke an 8# prime rib along with 3 racks of baby back ribs this weekend. I will only do the 3 hours of smoke and 2 hours of foil with the baby backs because I will freeze them and reheat next weekend.

I am pretty sure I need to put the prime rib on top with the baby backs underneath. Correct me if I am wrong?

I'm no expert, but thats the route I would go. Nothing wrong with pork fat, but I wouldn't want it dripping on my prime rib! p.s. what time do we eat?
Where there's smoke, there's HAPPINESS!!!
