Does anyone have any recommendations on using the Jim Beam Bourbon Oak bisquettes? I got a free sample from Bradley with my replacement burner and I'm not sure what to use them with. I only got 12, so I'm kinda wanting to make it something special.

I'm also looking to break in my new sausage grinder/stuffer, so if anyone has a mean Slim Jim (Beam) recipe, let me know!

The bradley site has a whiskey oak smoked chicken thighs recipe.  You can probably substitute the Jim Beam wood for any recipe that calls for whiskey barrel wood IMHO, just be sure to have a matching glass of the stuff to go along with the meat!  :)

I just spent $12 K on this Honda Accord! Why can't it tow my boat?!?

I got permission from the wife to slow cook a roast beef in the smoker this weekend. I think 3 or 4 hours of the Jim Beam on that might be good with a bit of seasoning.
