Can I put a ribeye in my Bradley and set the temp to around 300* and smoke it for an hour or so? Just to get the smoke flavor in it and finish cooking else where?

Wildcat

Absolutely yes. 20 to 40 minutes should be fine then onto a hot grill. You can put the Bradley on 300 if you want but there is no way it is going to get even close to that temp.

As Wildcat stated, you can apply the smoke in the Bradley then finish cooking on another heat source; but I would use a cabinet temperature of 180°F - 200°F when applying the smoke, then immediately transfer to another heat source..

Sweet. I'll probably set it around 200 and let it smoke while I'm changing the 4x4 actuator on my truck. And then actually cook them. I was pretty positive the cabinet wouldn't get that hoy
