First attempt at Bacon

Ok i have had a crack at maple flavoured canadian bacon

Picture of the bacon as it came out of the smoker


Picture of the bacon all sliced up and bagged - well the parts i didnt just eat


I was quite impressed with how well it worked, tasted fantastic when fried.

yes i left the skin on. coated it with maple syrup during the cook, not sure if i would do it again.
