Reduce cure if using bacon in snack sticks?

I'm making some venison snack sticks and using bacon for the fat in them tonight. Should I reduce the amount of cure as if ignoring the weight of the bacon or still add enough for the total weight of the meat?

My guess is use the same amount of cure. The amount that is in the bacon would be so little that it should not matter that much.
