Smoked a little Atlantic salmon yesterday, really wanted to try lox but felt I would need quite alot more to make it worth while.. Think ill wait till Salmon season opens!

Done both hot and cold smoked salmon, it really is worth the effort. Love all versions of it. Fallen in love with cold smoked salmon again after finding bought stuff simply awful for too long.

Man. That's what I'm talking about. Here that stuff is like 20$ a lb. I would kill to have some of that. Looks amazing.

Yeah 20$ a lb is pretty expensive..It is a bonus living where I live when your into this kind of stuff.. An abundance of fresh fish and wild game at my disposal. We just have to put up with wind and lousy weather all the time lol
