eggs and garlic

has anybody got any tried and tested recipes for smoking garlic and quail eggs, just wondering how long i'm suppose to smoke things for, i did some garlic for about 3 hours and not sure if it was too long.

Hi stewart and welcome to the forum.
I have not done quail eggs since my original experiment, not high up on my list of successes IMHO.
However the smoked garlic was a success (cold smoked between 3 and 5 hours depending on individual taste) and I usually put a few garlic bulbs in when I cold smoke cheese.
