Awesome NePa,
Pigout, Sparkler is correct they are from Kenco.

Mom loved the care package.  I brought down some of Iceman's Sopin Sauce and it was a huge hit as well.  My mom doesn't like the real sweet BBQ sauce and Iceman's hits the mark on balance and tang with that hint of "Attitude".  Mom's neighbor was delighted with the samich and sauce as well.  If I keep this up, I might have to get a Goose Bay franchise started here and work for the  8).

For those interested...  Here is a link to the aforementioned bear claw, or "PAW" as it is referred to by this vendor.

One of these days I'll have me a pair of them.  Just ran it by Dad, and although it's the lowest priced item I've considered as a smoker accessory, he wasn't very receptive of the idea.  One day I will have them though.

As much as I'd like to, I can't do that...feels like I'm begging.  I'd be willing to buy them from you though.

It was a double pack from Costco.  I think the best way to answer your question is to say I believe it was the shoulder butt (boston butt) and not the picnic shoulder.  Since I am not a meat packer, I couldn't say for sure as the package just refers to it as a shoulder.
