I am smoking a pork butt today.  Its snowing in Kansas, so I have my bradley in my garage.  It was holding a temp around 220, before I add more water to the water pan.  My question is can I finish it in my oven?  If so, should i wrap it in foil and what temp do I set my oven???  Thanks for the help guys.

Thanks Mark.  I have it in the oven at 350 right now.  I hope I can get the pork done by 5pm...
