Safe travels to all who venture out this season.

Since the mrs and I had the little ones, (8 and 5 this year) we dont travel, rather we stay home and graze at the in house all day buffet. Chambord and champagne about 10:00 am, last present usually opened at about 2:00 pm, followed by a movie for the boys and a nap for dad. I look forward to this day more than our kids!

Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS! and a HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

We've got little ones so it's family Christmas at home. Plan on making Peking Duck - a family tradition at X-mas time. Am thinking about cold smoking the duck before dry roasting in the oven though.

A very Merry Christmas to all of you on the forum!!! It really is the "Hap..Happiest Season of All"!! Thanks for all of your help this last year!! Bob and I have eaten and laughed heartily becuase of a lot of you!!! Thanks! :)
