Victoria British Columbia. It's on the south end of 250 mile long Vancouver Island. (not to be mistaken for the City of Vancouver). Home of ...hmmm--good salmon fishing...good microbrews...and Steve Nash. From our deck on a clear 4th ofJuly  evening we can see the fireworks from the metropolis of Port Angeles, Washington across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Neighbors...

Hey Giz...we got like 2 gas stations and 190 golf courses...and yeah I guess a couple of hotels...:-)!!!

Started out in the Middle of no-where village 30 minutes south of Taos, New Mexico (Over a mountain near a stream from there)

Currently in the Middle of no-where (actually a little more developed than that) Eastern Shore Maryland, Queen Anne County.  Just outside the county seat, Centreville.  (This time no hills and over a very large river)

Welcome Pheasant Hollow Farm. I'm originally from West Virginia, but moved about 17-18 years ago. Where is Slate? I don't think I've ever heard of it. Go Mountaineers! :)
