This briskit aint going to fit in your BS..............................So

I had to improvise  ;D



Even in the Traeger i can only do 1 at a time.

its 18lbs

using hickory/alder/garlic blended.

mesquite?  whats that lol. I would have used mesquite but i didnt have any left.

There was a link a few weeks back about The Shack BBQ sauce.  Well i made some with the grapette soda. Tastes pretty good.

At 8 hrs right now. IT meat temp is 145* and IT BBQ is 225*. I have another big briskit to do later tonite.

Briskit at 9 hrs. It meat is at 150. Going to bump the temp to 250* Briskit did a big shrink lenghtwise.
