Thanks to all for the warm welcome.... ;D Waiting on me when I arrived home last night was my new smoker. ;D ;D ;D
Had to put it through  it's paces and it worked great. Callibrated the door therm and it's about -10 deg. off. Good to know.
Played with the vent and recorded temp differences. Opening the door really makes a dif in temps. Think I'll try the brick trick.
Can't wait to get smokin.
