Finally arrived :)

My Bradley OBS SS just arrived. Brian at Yard & Pool got me set up real nice and a huge thank you to Yard and Pool.  ;D

I knew this was a nice smoker, but wow, this thing is really built well. Haven't seasoned it yet. Thats going to be the hardest part because I'm gonna be real tempted to toss in a piece of meat  :-\

Got some hickory and apple wood pucks along with some bubba pucks.

Yard and Pool tossed in a few extra goodies. Thank you very kindly. You got my business for life! :)

Use apple sometimes for pork loin or chicken. Was thinking of trying out a brisket with recipe posted here on the forum. Only thing is, no offence WTS, but my dad and uncle are not big fans of mesquite so I was thinking of smoking in apple maybe?

Then again, hard to beat pork shoulder smoked in hickory  :)

I'm Here...just watching...I will say no more other then Congrats StarMan...season that thing up and get smokin...you have been given advice (brilliant advice...I might add) on the wood choice... but...that's just me...

Star...if you use mesquite you must be put into a trance...via the teabag swinging in your face...  ;D

Frankly Stargazer (obviously) ...you can use any wood you want...we just mess with each other... Glad you got the smoker...  ;) Do what you will with it and let us know how happy you get with the food...(You will be)!!  :)
