smoked my second batch of rainbows on monday using Boutch's recipe. WOW!! it gets better every time I try. friends and co-workers (even though I do all the work) can't get enough.also the first attempt with my new Auber -WS - 1500APH controller that I learned about here on the website. this thing really is the cat's meow. its straight forward and user friendly. way too much fun now. also read something about a fan..... hmmm... what kind of bug just bit me?... can I smoke one ??? are they good with sauce???????
