Man that looks amazing!  I started doing those "enhancements" with my fried spaghetti.  But to do it on the smoker/grill - now that will kick it up a notch or two.  On the list. 

I play it safe - I buy my own glass, pots, pans, and such from Goodwill.  Then I don't have to run!   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
