IT ham question

smokin a small ham about 3pounds what should the IT temp be when done smoker at 210deg?

I cook hams to about 153-155 IT range

Also it depends on what type of ham. If it is an uncooked or partially cooke ham, then I will take it up to 152°F. If it is already a fully smoked ham, you only need to take it up to 140°F.
