Will do, and the grinder, maybe even the chop saw. Need to measure the width of the blade, the table on the chop saw would be nice for indexing the teeth.

I'd try and only put as much weld as needed to build up the tooth. Then dress it down till it works. You just need one more right?

More like one inch of teeth, guesin about 10.

Need the shaft to down about another 3/4" more.

Oh, that will be a worse pia to do. If you do I'd do one tooth at time... if you had another shaft for a pitch gauge it would be easier to get them ground to near enough... and the second shaft would keep you from getting the teeth too near or far from the true pitch. I was going to say something about missing teeth but better not LOL.

Nope

I have a dual tube on my jerky cannon and once both tubes are full they flow evenly.

I need to know the OD of 19mm collagen casings to make sure the spacing between the tubes is correct. I only have 17mm here atm.

I can see it now the Doppelt Snack Stick Stuffer...

The flange is 2 1/8" and the 1 7/8" is the size of the hole of the locking ring.

I'll measure it again when I get home.

I dont have anything to measure in metric though.

It's hard to read some of your numbers but here's some conversions if you need them.

1/8" = 3.175 mm
1/4" = 6.35 mm
5/16" = 7.9375 mm
3/8" = 9.525 mm
1/2" = 12.7 mm
3/4" = 19.05 mm
7/16" = 11.1125 mm
1" = 25.4 mm
1 7/8" = 47.625 mm

This is how much closer to the front the shafts are than the ones on your stuffer. I think this would be the hardest part to make the motor work.
