This weekend we have our first full competition. Our two previous have been one day ribs and chicken events. This one is a KCBS sponsored event. We will be cooking ribs, chicken, brisket and pork. We will also be entering the chef's choice. Can't wait, but man do we have a lot to do and take.

We will be there all day Friday and Saturday so if you are in the Shrewsbury, PA area stop by and see us!

My hearts going pitter patter thinking about your weekend.  Wish momma would loosen her leash so I could run up and help.  All that planning - all that hauling  - then POOF - it's over before you know it - than all that packing, all that cleaning, all that hauling - again.    ;D ;D

Here is the crazy thing Caney, we scheduled competitions for back-to-back weekends. So we get to do it all over next weekend. We are a glutton for punishement. But I love it!
