Well, I should have switched machines for the smoke part...
The Smokin' Tex holds moisture too well, so I didn't get the deep color I wanted.
But, I'm sure the HICKORY went deep.

It's all cooling now.
Gonna slice/vac and make some BLTs in a bit...

She wanted to do that but I told her that Hal was getting old and it was his birthday on Saturday. So she had to be nice to him with no treacherous acts being committed
