Pork Back Ribs Vs. Baby Back Ribs

OU812: Agree on the ribs from Fairway. I tried their baby back ribs based on my wife's suggestion (she used to work at a Fairway in Iowa in her high school days) and I haven't gone anywhere since. Awesome meat counter for ribs, steaks, etc. Wish it was closer to my house. We need another one near West Omaha not the Millard area.

There meat counter IS top notch, I go to the one on 72nd. and Giles
