Fish is good and this recipe is well worth trying.
I saw it on TV when they tried this recipe and scribbled down the ingredients and that I don't regret.
( The arctic char can be replaced with other fish.)
All degrees are Celsius and measures are of the funny kind too.
You can convert on Old's site if needed.

NOTE: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius so it's hot when the fish is put inside.

Take an arctic char and clean it. Other fish might have to be scaled also.
Cut cm deep cuts with 2 cm between them on both sides of the fish. / / / / /

Mix:
5 dl Soya
3-4 tbs honey
1-2 chopped hot chili's
juice from 2-3 Lime. 3 if they are dry.
(2 tbs ketjap manis) I have added this ingredient and find it tasty.

Taste and correct the taste to your liking.
Rinse your taste buddies with some white wine between each correction. (Small zips)[:o)]

Prepare a double layer of aluminium foil. Remember that this will become a parcel later.
Put the foil inside some oven safe tray.
Put the fish on the foil and use a table spoon to put the mixture inside the cuts.
Turn the fish and put mixture inside cuts.
Have some white wine before you put some mixture inside the belly of the fish.

Pour the rest of the mixture over the fish and make a nice parcel. Easy go so the foil doesn't brake.
Put the tray with the parcel in the preheated oven and let it be there for 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the fish.

Take it out and enjoy. Use the left over sauce with the fish and potatoes or rice, and nice company and what's left of the wine. If empty! Open a new.

(Mashed potato gets coloured by the sauce)

P.S
If there are some Limes left I think it would be a good idea to make wedges of them later and put them in some chilled Corona's and enjoy.
Repeat until you are out of Lime and Corona.
