Meat tooth

Did BBR's today. Rubbed with Tickle Yer Ribs rub, 2 hrs, 40 min of hickory, foiled with beer for a couple hrs, then finished with Stubb's Hickory and Bourbon sauce over charcoal. mmm goood. But that's not all... poured some of the juices off the ribs on a pile of Kuuhne's saurkraut & smoked that for 40 min. Holy crap! I've died and gone to heaven! I gave my Bradley a hug!  :o
Chew carefully and don't let your meat loaf.

Well it sure sounds good, and pictures are nice too...and that is one heck of a price on that camera...
