Now there you go!  Looks awesome. I can almost smell it and taste it from way over here.
Got that first smoke under your belt.  No stopping you now.
Nice job and congratulations.
Thanks for your help!
You're more than welcome.  That's why we're all on here!

northof60girl, those butts of yours will turn out just fine.

They look great!  I have my first butts in smoker now. 2 x 10 lbs each. I'm torn weather to finish in oven or Bradley though. I need to go to bed but not sure about leaving them in it outside all night. Thoughts?

The oven worked well for me and made the house smell great!

Hi 4given
My house smells great right now. Just hauled my butt ( no pun intended) out of bed and took them out of the oven. They look good.  Pics below. I really don't have time to FTC so I'm hoping it will still be ok. The internal temp was 201 this morning.
Thanks for letting me piggyback on your post!!
**** thanks Muebe!

Ok. Here are the last pics!  I pulled a little bit but darn it's hot. Need to let it cool down a bit... Smoked pork for breakfast...  Yummy!
Overall, I'm pleased with results and of course kudos to the forum because I read all I could in here before I started. Making some slaw and sauce today ( also found on forum-vaunted vinegar sauce and cowgirls slaw with my own twist).
Have a great day all!

That is some seriously good looking pork butt NO60Girl.  PLEASE don't desecrate it with cole slaw. ;)  Just teasing, it's a regional thing.  It will be good no matter what.  Nice work!

Thanks Ky. I made the slaw with very little mayo (can't really taste it) and chipotle pepper, then added some line juice and cilantro. Very little on the bun with the pork. The pork sauce has cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcester , a little bit of katchup and a little bit of Dijon mustard with some red pepper flakes. I put very little on the pork so that everything still has its smoky taste!
@Dman. Off to work or I'd actually be having the kids over but they are getting their's in a container tomorrow lol

Looks great northof60girl! I just pulled two out of the smoker with Jans rub on them this time. They spent 14 hours total in the smoker with 5 hours smoke. I just put them in FTC and will probably leave them there for several hours.

I'll post pics tomorrow.
