Got my smoker this week, seasoned last night, prepared the butt with the rub....Plowboys Yardbird with layer of Smokin Guns Sweet and Heat. Injected with Butchers Pork Injection and Apple Juice. Sounds like a wild one for a first time. Will be putting in the smoke tonight. (it's not readily obvious how to post a photo).
