Doing four of these today for a picnic. Doing 2 batches. Second batch in the smoker when the first goes inside to the oven.



I just spent $12 K on this Honda Accord! Why can't it tow my boat?!?

Thanks for the tip.  I couldn't figure out how to get them in there without the meat touching.

Final product, half way through -- two waiting to be finished ,atop a bed of 10 pounds of pulled pork.

I notice you have some tin foil along the bottom...is there a reason for that? I'm afraid of having too much meet and possibly having a fire?

Actually, the wide shot where you see the foil is not my smoker but a suggestion to fit all four in at once.

Mine does look exactly like that, though -- it's a foil-wrapped brick to hold heat.

Where you don't want foil is in the v-tray or on the racks such that it impedes circulation of air. That can make hot spots and potentially fire.
