Christmas time is here at last!

Well I got a well packed box from the Seemores :)

As I was packing my little mind was reeling with the ways I could use this new found bounty.

Turkey Brine Mix..   Now I gotta reason to have Ham and Turkey for Christmas.

Next was a wet spice rub from IOWA no less..   I have a brisket with this as its massage oil.
Guess it is Ham, Turkey and Brisket for Christmas.

All jars intact.  Applebutter and Biscuits.   Mmmm Mmmm.  Mustard for a rub and Never tried Olive spread so looking fwd to it.

Steak and flavor enhancer.  If I use them at the same time I may have a foodgasm.

Had to take this pic quick because they are now gone.  Mmmmmmmm

Finally, the pies ta resistance....

Thanks for your wonderful gift and the kindness you have shown me this season.   May you and your family have a blessed and wonderful Christmas / Year.

Yeah apparently Photobucket screwed up the clickable img/html code.
I have been digging through their help sections but nothing they suggested works.
I have tried several edits and cannot get it to link correctly.
I guess I am just gonna link fullsize.

I GOT A SHASTA BOX!

All the way from Shasta Bob..    I have to preface this in that one bottle didn't survive the trip.  Poor fella.  :(

Here we go..

Yes!  I've looked at this brand online.

I'm thinking of a Chipotle/Habenero fusion sauce with these...   And some wings.   :o

I use the daylights out of these bands...  Thanks for the re-supply!   And that wing sauce will come in handy for my next batch of Blazin' Pistacihos.

This is a 'traditional' Piedmont BBQ sauce, along the line of Starnes.   Looking forward to trying it out!

Hmm...    Must. Have. Brisket.  ;)

Thanks Bob!   Love the card, and a Very Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!

I don't have patience, time, inclination, sobriety, or the desire to try to figure it out based upon posts in this thread.

Classicrockgriller you are just about as sneaky as I am. I love the book. This is going to be so much fun to read through. The first page that I turned to was the recipe for layered egg casserole. This is a dish my mom used to make but as she is 93 years old she could not remember what was in it. This is not just a book of Cajun and Creole Cooking but about the Cajun people. I have a friend that loves to cook Creole food and I can't wait to show him this book. Thanks again Sonny. Have a Merry Christmas and to all my friends at the Bradley Forum please have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. What a fun bunch of guys. Here is a picture of this book. It is huge.

I got mine!!

The wife called me at work and told me I got a package and it was heavy. So when I got home I tore it open and here is the neat stuff I got:

Some very good sausage mixes

Pepper stick mix and some Penzeys spices. This was timely. After reading a few posts on pepper sticks, it got me thinking of making some this weekend. However, since I didn't have the mix I was going to make the spicy sticks based upon the recipe in the forum recipe site. Now I can make the real thing.

More spices, a card, and some sloppy Joe mix.

Some more spices

And to complete the package: Casings and netting.

Thank you very much Curt (OU812). This is a perfect gift for me and I am really going to enjoy this. Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year to you and yours.
