has anyone tried to smoke a whole baloney.i am going to try today

12freddie13, first welcome to the forums.  Next the following link is one thread I have yet to add to the recipe site... I think it was DuckMan (MallardWacker) who did this one. Nice Pictures too!!

hi jaeger.I have been using bradley for agout a year.I am trying to find a PID controller for temp.Have three jacks of st louis style ribs in now.I use 321 system and it is fool proof.Next weekend I am going to try my first brisket.Should be fun
