sausage mixing

I thought you guys like to see a fast way to mix your sausage. I can mix a 10-40 pound batch of sausage in around 60 seconds. I fold the spices and cure if first but it is far from mixed. The mixer accomplishes that process.

Good job, man. Looks mouthwatering! Anyway, what kind of mixer did you use? I don't want to waste big money on a multifunctional meat grinder, so I wonder if a blender can be used to make sausage mix? I can't imagine it working, but I'm really tempted to try it. I've got the Blendtec Designer Blender, which has one of the most powerful motors and a quiet operation at the same time. It has different speed options, so I hope it will work well for meat. Anyway, let me know if you have any suggestions regarding this topic. Thanks!
