Thanks so much for all of the info shared here.
I just got done cooking/smoking my brisket this morning.
I boated it this time and had added some apple juice.
Looks much more moist, alright I did sneek a few bites to check it,
it was much better than my first attempt.
We are not going to eat it until tonight.
Should I store the brisket in the liquid which is about 1/2 way up the brisket or "dry" in a ziplock type bag?
Don't know if it would make it soggy or ruin it.
