Nice pile of ribs!



Removing the membrane



All rubbed up and into fridge overnight (last night)





All racked up, a bit of a tight fit!



And as I type, into the smoker @ 220 for 4 hours of mesquite magic!  More to come!

Thanks!  Just your basic sparerib, they turned out excellent, juicy and tender no need for sauce!  I don't do ribs often enough, guess it has something to do with my addiction (affliction) to brisket!  ;D
