I think Seemore and I got our first water smoker in the late 90's; maybe 1998?
We used that off and on until 2004, when I gave the Mr. the Bradley Smoker for Christmas.
We have been smoking a lot since then, but did not really start on the Forum until this past summer.
Since then, we have utilized the Forum for a lot of ideas, suggestions, and recipe sharing.
Great bunch of people on this Forum. You are gonna love it!

I loved this forum right away. I am a serious "non-professional" chef, and smoking is another extension of it.

About 10 years. Started with a Brinkmann....oh man looking back that really sucked. Love my OBS, wouldn't trade it for anything.

I think it would work out there in California, Q, but we don't really have a place for that in Indiana ;D
