I was looking at the recipe and it doesn't say anything about soaking it after the cure process. Did I miss something or does it not need a water soak after curing? Sorry for newb question.

I have never soaked the hams after the soak. I rinse it off and stuff it into a net if it isn't in one already then dry it off with a towel and into the smoker it goes
