The Smoke Generator came in and what a thing of Beauty.

Kinda makes me wish I had bought a SS-BS.

Came with a 60 pk Variety Pk. $134/free shipping.

TestRocket

I think I have seen that business end sticking out the back end of a hot rod?  ;D

Cut the 5" hole today and got the generator installed.

Also added 4 600 lb casters. Nice!

Still have some more things to do.

Am gonna run so more test runs tomorrow with the elements shielded and the smoke gen running.

Once I decide the power to be used, it all has to get bolted down and wired up and drip covers made.

Maybe next weekend.

Gonna empty the freezer! ;D

DarqMan

Wish I lived there and you had it done last week when my freezer died.

THAT would have been loads of fun my friend!

You should have gotten the dual exhaust model Sonny  ;D  It really looks pretty impressive.  I can hardly wait to see how it all works.  How many pork butts again?

Sailor

nice job so far.....can't wait to see if finished and to see how it works.

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

When I mounted the smoke gen to the cabinet, it kinda moves.

Did you guys screw the adaptor plate to the cabinet to stablize it or just not

worry about it

On the ones I have built I did. I pre-drilled all 4 corners and mounted it to the cabinet. Also, on the interior I ran a bead of hi-temp silicone around it to seal it up.

Thanks Mike. You made my decision I had made unanimous.

KyNola

Looking forward to see this thing in action.  Looks like it might hold a pound or two of homemade boudin. ;)

Nice work Sonny.

Will I get to see this baby in action at TSO?
