1st bps smoke

just got my bps gonna smoke a couple of 3lb stuffed pork tenderloins looking for smoke time and cooking times, will take pictures during process. will appreciate all info and help.

JMO, I would go 3rd rack up and 1 hr 40 min of smoke and you probably will be done close to the 2-2 1/2 hr mark.

Don't get too high on the IT or you won't have good eats.

It should be a quick smoke.
