Smoked cheese w/pepper

Been meaning to post this...just an idea for the pepper lovers.  I cut the cheese in cracker size blocks.  After smoking I roll in (while semi warmish)cracked pepper.  I suppose you can roll in any spices or herbs.



Cracked black pepper is one of my favorite secret ingredients.

I always add cracked black pepper to my sausages,,,,,,,,,,along with the black pepper the recipe calls for.  ;D
