IT of the smokehouse has been holding at 150* for the past 2 hours. Its makin me happy  ;D  ;D

Going to be mounting my BS generator to the side tomorrow.

My daughter is a manager at Wally Mart. Today she came home with this and said here is a present for you  ;D

A new burner  ;D



The temp held here at 152* for over 2 hours. Dont know how accurate this is. Going to have a temp probe hanging soon.

SMOKE. LOTS OF SMOKE. Looking good. Cant wait to see the first pics of meats that come out of that thing.  :D

Here is the first load of snack sticks. 80% venison 20% pork fat ground together mixed, stuffed.

Hanging at 130* for 1 hour.



Smoke applied for 2 hours, Temp is steady at 150* It of sticks is 138*


Soon to be done  ;D
